Inverters are 125 kW / 185 kW / 255 kW three-phase PV string inverters designed for commercial and utility-scale applications. They support 600 VAC and 800 VAC grid connections with a 1500 VDC maximum input voltage and include AFCI protection.The 125K and 185K (600 VAC) models feature 9 MPPTs, while the 255K (800 VAC) model offers 12 fully independent MPPTs. High-rated DC inputs support Y-type DC connections with up to 30 A per input and a maximum string current of 15 A, enabling compatibility with bifacial modules.Additional features include anti-PID functionality to enhance long-term system performance and high-precision intelligent string monitoring, which significantly reduces fault detection and troubleshooting time.

Solis' largest three-phase, 1500 VDC PV string inverter has 12 MPPT (250, 300 and 350) or 16 independent MPPTs (350K) options that allow for great redundancy in larger systems.
