1. Introduction

Welcome to Trexon Energy ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and solar energy services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Services Description

Trexon Energy provides:

• Solar panel system design and installation
• Solar energy calculation and savings estimation
• Equipment sales including panels, inverters, and batteries
• System monitoring and maintenance services
• Net Energy Metering (NEM) application assistance

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided through our solar calculator are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Site survey findings and roof conditions
• Electrical infrastructure requirements
• Permit and regulatory requirements
• Equipment availability at time of installation

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for solar installations follows our milestone-based schedule:

• Booking Deposit (10%): Due upon order confirmation to secure installation slot
• Pre-Installation (50%): Due before equipment delivery and site preparation
• Final Payment (40%): Due upon successful system commissioning

All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy or as required by Malaysian law.

6. Installation

Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, permit approvals, equipment availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our installation team and to ensure the installation area is clear and accessible.

7. Warranties

Our systems come with the following warranties:

• Solar Panels: 25-year performance warranty
• Inverters: 10-15 year manufacturer warranty
• Mounting System: 10-year warranty
• Workmanship: 5-year warranty covering installation

Warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature may not be covered.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trexon Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Trexon Energy. Our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Malaysia and foreign countries.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
