Trexon Energy provides comprehensive renewable energy solutions, including:

• Solar panel system design & installation
• Energy yield calculation & savings analysis
• Equipment supply (Tier 1 panels, inverters)
• System monitoring (24/7 remote access)
• Maintenance & cleaning services
• Solar ATAP application processing

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided through our solar calculator are estimates based on your provided inputs. Final binding pricing is subject to:

• Physical site survey findings (roof condition, shading).
• Electrical infrastructure status (single vs 3-phase).
• Regulatory compliance requirements (TNB/SEDA).
• Global equipment pricing fluctuations (valid for 30 days).

5. Payment Terms

Payment for solar installations follows our progressive milestone schedule:

Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, permit approvals, or equipment availability. We commit to:

• Providing 7 days notice before commencement.
• Adhering to all occupational safety and health (OSHA) regulations.
• Ensuring minimal disruption to your daily activities.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our teams during agreed working hours.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trexon Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Trexon Energy. Our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Malaysia.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
