What we monitor
Six data streams that tell the full health story of your solar system — not just the headline kWh number.
Daily Generation kWh
We track your system's daily, weekly, and monthly generation against a weather-corrected baseline. Any day producing more than 15% below expected triggers a review.
Inverter Health
We connect directly to your inverter's cloud API or local Modbus port. Fault codes, temperature warnings, and grid disconnect events are logged and alerted in real time.
String-Level Voltage
String voltage imbalance is the earliest signal of a failed panel or loose connector — months before generation drop becomes visible. Pro and Enterprise plans include per-string tracking.
Battery State-of-Charge
For systems with BESS (Huawei LUNA, Sungrow SBR, BYD Battery-Box), we monitor daily charge/discharge cycles, capacity fade, and round-trip efficiency.
Grid Export / Import
We track your NEM 3.0 or NOVA export and import figures and cross-reference against your TNB bill, flagging any metering discrepancy before the billing cycle closes.
Zero-Output Detection
If your system produces zero kWh during any daylight hour (06:00–18:00), you receive an immediate push notification and SMS. No more weeks of silent downtime going undetected.

No hardware installation in most cases. We work through your inverter's existing cloud API.
Onboarding — We connect to your inverter API
We request read-only API credentials from your inverter brand portal (Solis Cloud, FusionSolar, iSolarCloud, GOODWE, mySolarEdge, etc.). No hardware installation needed in most cases. Setup takes 24–48 hours.
7-day baseline
We collect one week of half-hourly generation data to establish your system's Performance Ratio baseline, corrected for local irradiance using our satellite weather data feed.
Real-time alerts go live
From day 8, all alert thresholds are armed. You receive push notifications and SMS for zero-output events, inverter faults, and performance deviations.
Monthly performance report
Every month you receive a PDF report covering actual vs expected generation, estimated TNB savings, system degradation trend, and any open fault recommendations.
