When to use us
Four scenarios where an independent inspection protects your money and your rights.
Pre-purchase due diligence
Buying a house or building that already has solar installed? Don't inherit someone else's problems. We inspect the system before you sign — identifying panel degradation, wiring faults, and warranty transfer validity before the deal closes.
Post-install handover
Your installer says the job is done. We verify independently: panel tilt, string wiring, inverter commissioning data, earthing, and DC/AC ratings all match the signed contract. Nothing is signed off until we say it checks out.
Warranty dispute
Manufacturer claiming the degradation is within spec? Installer saying the fault was a lightning act of God? We produce an independent stamped engineering report with I-V curve data and thermal evidence to support your claim.
Insurance claim documentation
After lightning, storm, flood, or fire damage, your insurer will require an independent loss adjustor report. We provide a forensic-grade inspection with drone thermal imagery and electrical readings accepted by Malaysian insurers.
What we inspect

Panel-level thermal (drone IR)
Drone-mounted IR camera identifies hot cells, bypass diode failures, soiling, shading, and delamination that are invisible to the naked eye — at panel-level resolution across the full array.
I-V curve trace
String-by-string I-V curve measurements verify actual power output against nameplate ratings. Deviations identify degraded panels, failed bypass diodes, or mismatch losses before they compound.
Inverter health
We pull inverter event logs, check MPPT efficiency, verify grid frequency ride-through settings, and compare daily yield to modelled performance — flagging communication faults, temperature de-rating, and firmware issues.
DC + AC wiring
MC4 connector torque, cable sizing adequacy, string fuse ratings, AC isolator labelling, PVC conduit integrity, and combiner box terminations — all checked against Malaysia's MS IEC 62548 and TNB grid-tie standards.
Mounting + roof penetration
Ballast weight, clamp torque, rail spacing, and waterproofing at every roof penetration. We document corrosion, inadequate sealing, and non-compliant structural fixing patterns with photos.
Earthing + lightning protection
Array earthing continuity, equipotential bonding, lightning protection system (if present) adequacy check, and surge protection device (SPD) ratings — critical for insurance validity.

From booking to stamped report in under a week.
Step 1 — Booking
Submit your request via WhatsApp or the contact form. We confirm the site visit date within 24 hours and share a pre-inspection checklist.
Step 2 — Site visit
Our inspector attends with drone, I-V tracer, and thermal camera. Residential visits take half a day; commercial and industrial take a full day.
Step 3 — Lab analysis
Thermal imagery is analysed and I-V curves are compared against nameplate data and modelled performance. Takes 3 business days.
Step 4 — Stamped report
You receive a PDF report with findings, photos, and a remedial action list. Industrial / Forensic tier includes PE stamp suitable for warranty, insurance, and legal proceedings.
