Roof + Carport Feasibility
The RM100 priority site visit covers a drone survey of the roof and parking deck, structural loading assessment, and campus shadow analysis. We deliver a bankable P50/P90 yield model and sizing recommendation within 10 working days; the full RM100 is credited when you proceed.

Engineering + PPA Structuring
Full electrical engineering design to TNB Grid Code. For VPPA, we bring in legal and financial advisors to structure the contract, negotiate with LSS5/CGPP awardees, and obtain TNB wheeling approval. Fixed-price EPC contract issued.

EPC + Commissioning
Single-contractor EPC — civil, structural steel, electrical, inverter, monitoring. Commissioning to IEC 62446 standard. TNB/SESB grid connection witnessed test. REC registration with ST or iREC registry on commissioning day.

25-Year O&M + REC Tracking
Annual preventive maintenance, inverter remote monitoring, soiling loss reporting. REC issuance and retirement managed on your behalf each calendar year. Annual energy report formatted for GHG inventory and Bursa disclosure.
