Diesel prices in Peninsular Malaysia rose sharply after subsidy targeting in June 2024 and now follow the market.
GITA Allowance: 60% Solar, 100% BESS
GITA Asset allows 60% of qualifying solar capex (100% for battery storage), set off against up to 70% of statutory income. At the 24% tax rate that is worth up to 14.4% of the solar cost and 24% of the battery cost once fully used. Commission and submit to MGTC by 31 December 2026.
