What's included

SEDA Quota Application

We prepare and submit your Solar ATAP quota application to SEDA Malaysia via the official portal. We handle all technical drawings and documentation required for approval.

Complete Connection Agreement for Solar Array (CASA) submission to TNB. We coordinate between your installer's single-line diagram and TNB's technical requirements.

EC Suruhanjaya Tenaga Registration

Energy Commission registration for your solar PV system as required under the Electricity Supply Act. We prepare the EC Application Form and supporting documents.

Why DIY applications fail

The four most common reasons SEDA and TNB reject self-filed applications — all fixable when we handle it.

SEDA Portal Rejection

SEDA rejects quota applications with incomplete technical drawings, wrong inverter datasheets, or missing installer CIDB credentials. One rejection delays your project by 4–8 weeks.

Wrong Drawings — Not PE Stamped

TNB CASA requires single-line diagrams stamped by a Professional Engineer (PE) registered under the Engineers Act. Most DIY applications fail at this step.

Missing CIDB Certificate

Your installer must hold a valid CIDB Green Card and the company must be registered under CIDB. Missing or expired credentials void the entire application.

Slow Follow-Up = Lost Quota

SEDA quota allocations are time-limited. Failing to respond to SEDA's clarification requests within the window forfeits your allocated quota. We track every milestone.

How it works

Four steps from your documents to an approved Solar ATAP allocation.

1

Step 1Submit Your Specs

Send us your site address, system size (kWp), installer details, and any drawings you have. We assess completeness and tell you exactly what's missing.

2

Step 2We Prepare Drawings + Paperwork

Our team prepares or reviews all required documentation: single-line diagram, inverter datasheets, panel spec sheets, structural loading letter, and SEDA application forms.

3

Step 3File with SEDA + TNB

We submit your SEDA quota application and TNB CASA simultaneously. We also prepare EC application and coordinate KPDN if required for your system size.

4

Step 4Track to Approval

We monitor your application status, respond to any regulator queries within 24 hours, and notify you at each milestone. Typical timeline: 60–90 days from submission.
