Model your project savings and peak-demand reduction
Calculate ROICommon-area TNB bills are often the single largest line in a JMB budget. Rooftop solar offsets the daytime share of that load — sized and priced per project from your common-area bills, and sinking-fund-friendly.

JMB/MC pays from the sinking fund and owns the system outright. Payback is calculated per project from your common-area bills.
A PPA requires a third-party asset owner that owns the system and sells the building its output. Trexon does not finance PPAs; Trexon’s own routes are outright ownership or a finance lease.
Fixed monthly payments through Mitsubishi HC Capital Malaysia; rates and term are set by the lender, and the system is the JMB’s own. Note the payment is normally higher than the monthly saving during the term — you are buying the asset, not renting it.
Before taking a proposal to your JMB or MC and then to an AGM or EGM, prepare the facts owners will ask about: the common-area electricity bills for the past 12 months, the roof plan and who controls the roof, which loads (lifts, lobby and corridor lighting, water pumps, pool, car park) run in the daytime, and whether a battery, EV charging or both are in scope.
Compare financing options, including a finance lease that can reduce the one-off draw on the sinking fund (third-party PPAs are not offered by Trexon), and see how EV charging for condominiums can share the same electrical upgrade. Use the solar calculator for an early estimate, and ask about solar O&M services so the system is looked after once it is handed over.
Tell us about your JMB/MC and our commercial team will design a solar system that matches your common-area energy needs and budget.
