Going solar is an exciting journey, but the paperwork can be daunting. Here is exactly what happens when you sign up with Trexon.
Week 1: Consultation & Site Survey
Our engineers visit your home to inspect your roof structure and electrical distribution board (DB). We use drone technology to create a 3D model of your roof for accurate panel placement.
Week 2-3: SEDA Quota Application
We submit your technical drawings to SEDA for Solar ATAP quota approval. This usually takes 5-10 working days.
Week 4: Installation Day
The exciting part! Our team arrives at 9 AM. Complete installation for a standard terrace house takes 1 to 2 days.
- Day 1: Mounting rails and panels.
- Day 2: Inverter, AC/DC cabling, and Earthing.
Week 5-8: TNB Meter Swap
Once installed, we notify TNB. They will process the application and come to your home to swap your old meter for a bi-directional Solar ATAP meter. Once the meter is swapped, you can turn on the system!
