We provide a comprehensive warranty package: 25-year performance warranty on solar panels (guaranteed 80%+ output at year 25), 10-year manufacturer warranty on inverters (extendable to 15-20 years), 5-year workmanship warranty on installation, and 1 year of free monitoring and maintenance. Our equipment comes directly from authorized distributors — no grey market products.
Residential monitoring is brand-matched: Solis Value uses SolisCloud and Huawei Premium uses FusionSolar. Trexon commissions the selected platform and provides the monitoring scope stated in the accepted proposal.
Trexon residential packages range from 6.82kWp to 17.36kWp in two equipment ecosystems: Solis Value and Huawei Premium. System size is matched to the home's bill, phase and usable roof area.
Every Trexon solar package is all-inclusive: Jinko Solar 620 W N-Type panels, an approved inverter configuration, mounting structures, complete wiring and installation by certified teams, Solar ATAP registration with SEDA, and warranty documents for the selected equipment. Solar-only Solis packages use correctly sized string inverters; Solis Hybrid is paired with IntelliHome storage, while Huawei packages use the Huawei hybrid platform.
The right package depends on your monthly TNB bill: RM200-350 typically requires a 5-6kWp system; RM350-500 suits a 7-8kWp system; and for bills above RM500, we recommend a 10kWp system or larger. Our solar calculator can provide a more precise recommendation.
