Yes. Trexon prepares the Solar ATAP, TNB, ST, and grid-connection documentation needed for your project. Residential systems use Tier-1 panels with a Solis, Huawei or Sungrow inverter ecosystem.
We provide a comprehensive warranty package: 30-year performance warranty on solar panels (at least 87.4% of rated output at year 30 under the Jinko warranty terms), 12-year panel product warranty, 10-year inverter warranty, and 5-year workmanship warranty on installation.
If output drops, check the monitoring app (Solis Value uses SolisCloud and Huawei Premium uses FusionSolar) and contact Trexon support; workmanship and equipment warranties apply. Trexon commissions the selected platform and provides the monitoring scope stated in the accepted proposal.
Trexon residential packages range from 5.58 kWp to 19.84 kWp in three equipment options: Solis Value, Huawei Premium and Sungrow. System size is matched to the home's bill, phase and usable roof area.
Every Trexon solar package is all-inclusive: Jinko Solar 620 W N-Type panels, an approved inverter configuration, mounting structures, complete wiring and installation by Trexon's SEDA-registered team, Solar ATAP registration with SEDA, and warranty documents for the selected equipment. Solar-only Solis packages use correctly sized string inverters; Solis Hybrid is paired with IntelliHome storage, while Huawei packages use the Huawei hybrid platform.
The right package depends on your monthly TNB bill: a RM300 bill suits about 5.58 kWp, a RM450 bill about 6.82 kWp, a RM500 bill about 7.44 kWp, and a RM1,000 bill about 11.78 kWp. Our solar calculator can provide a more precise recommendation.
Yes, we offer multiple financing options including 0% card instalments, bank loans and OKAPI rent-to-own for homes, and a finance lease for commercial sites. Residential routes start with a RM2,000 booking (commercial: 20%, capped at RM20,000).
