How fast is the backup switching?
Our hybrid inverters switch automatically to battery power. Switchover time depends on the equipment chosen and is confirmed in the design; any device that cannot tolerate a break should stay on its own UPS.
Does it charge from solar or the grid?
Solar charging is the priority. Grid charging is possible only if your Solar ATAP and tariff conditions allow it; we confirm the setting in the design.
Can I export excess solar to TNB?
Grid-connected hybrid systems can qualify for Solar ATAP. Export credits are offset against your bill, and unused export credit is forfeited at the end of each billing period. You save on bills daily while having backup protection.
