Rates and tenures are set by each bank — check current terms with the bank

Example: Maybank Solar PV Financing offers up to RM100,000 over up to 10 years at a floating rate (Maybank's own illustration: SBR + 2.70%). Other banks set their own terms.

Companies can also look at GTFS 5.0 (MGTC): a 60–80% government guarantee on the green-technology portion of a bank loan, with no interest rebate, open until 31 Dec 2026 or until the RM1 billion allocation is used.

Installation Complexity

High roofs (>2 storeys) require scaffolding (RM 1,000-2,000). Remote locations have higher transport costs. Three-phase upgrades are quoted by TNB per premise and are not included in package prices.
