Trexon SuRIA Guarantee

Trexon’s own payment if our delay costs you the SuRIA rebate.

Book your Trexon solar by 15 Nov and we put our own money behind the 31 Dec SuRIA deadline. If our delay means your system isn't commissioned with TNB by 31 Dec, you choose: we pay the SuRIA rebate you lost (RM600/kWac, up to RM3,000), or we refund your RM2,000 booking in full. Documents by 17 Nov. Only for the first 5 bookings. SuRIA is a government rebate and its approval isn't ours to promise.

1. Who is eligible

  • You are a new residential Solar ATAP customer in West (Peninsular) Malaysia.
  • You meet the SuRIA Home rules: a Malaysian citizen, an individual TNB customer on the Domestic tariff, and you have not received an earlier SolaRIS rebate.
  • You pay the RM2,000 booking online through DOKU by Sunday 15 November 2026, 23:59 Malaysia time.
  • We receive your complete documents by Tuesday 17 November 2026, 23:59 Malaysia time: your IC, your latest TNB bill, the land title or cukai tanah, and photos of your roof.
  • The guarantee is limited to the first 5 paid bookings, in the order the booking payments are confirmed. Bookings after the first 5 do not carry the guarantee.

2. What we cover

If a Trexon-caused delay (section 3) means your system is not commissioned with TNB by 31 December 2026, you choose one of these:

(a) We pay the rebate you lost.

Trexon pays you the SuRIA rebate you lost, at RM600 per kWac up to RM3,000, after verification, and your installation goes ahead.

(b) You cancel and we refund your booking.

You cancel and Trexon refunds your RM2,000 booking in full. This is the only exception to the non-refundable booking.

  • You choose one option per booking, not both.
  • The payment in (a) is Trexon’s own payment. It is not a SuRIA rebate and it does not change the SuRIA rules.

3. What counts as a Trexon-caused delay

Any one of these, on our side:

  1. A delay on our side in submitting your Solar ATAP application after we receive your complete documents.
  2. A delay on our side in installing your system after Solar ATAP approval.
  3. A delay on our side in requesting TNB commissioning after installation.

4. What is not covered

The guarantee does not apply when the miss is caused by any of these:

  • You are not eligible for SuRIA Home or for this guarantee.
  • Documents that are incomplete, incorrect or late.
  • Late customer payments against the schedule stated in your issued proposal or agreement, or no site access when we need it.
  • SEDA or TNB processing delays, and meter or commissioning slots outside our control.
  • The SuRIA quota running out.
  • Roof structure, asbestos or wiring problems found on site, or a meter or DB upgrade that you must arrange.
  • A change to your system after the Solar ATAP submission.
  • Fraud or false information.

5. Other terms

  • SuRIA Home is a government rebate run by PETRA, SEDA and TNB. Its approval and payment are not ours to promise. This guarantee is Trexon’s own commitment on our own timelines.
  • We verify each claim against the booking, document, Solar ATAP, installation and TNB commissioning records for your project.
  • Site visit fees are unchanged. No other discount is added.
  • A refund under option (b) is paid as set out in our Refund Policy.

6. How to claim

Email energy@trexon.my with your booking reference and tell us which option you choose, (a) or (b). We reply by email.
