What you'll do
- Build IRR / NPV / payback models for residential, commercial, and B2B factory deals
- Model PPA, hire-purchase, EPF i-Saraan, and bank financing scenarios for each customer
- Stress-test proposals: sensitivity analysis on TNB tariff, irradiance, degradation
- Calculate GITA 60% tax-allowance benefit and present in plain CFO-friendly language
- Maintain the master pricing + supplier-cost spreadsheet
Outcomes by month 3
- Produce financial models for 20+ live customer proposals
- Build a master sensitivity dashboard the team uses every day
- Become fluent in solar unit economics (CAPEX/kWp, LCOE, IRR drivers)
- Reference letter that translates: "can model a real renewable-energy investment"
Who we're looking for
- Final-year or fresh graduate in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Accounting
- Excel power-user — INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, dynamic arrays, sensitivity tables
- Understands the difference between IRR and NPV without Googling
- Detail-obsessed — a wrong cell ships a wrong proposal
Nice to have (not required)
- ACCA / CFA Level 1 in progress
- Past internship in audit, IB, or corporate finance
- Curious about renewable energy as an asset class
