What you'll do
- Build target lists across 12 manufacturing segments (gloves, F&B, electronics, palm oil, etc.)
- Enrich leads via Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SSM filings
- Draft and personalise outreach emails (Claude-assisted) for plant managers and CFOs
- Sit in on factory site visits and proposal walkthroughs with the founder
- Maintain the B2B pipeline in our CRM — every interaction logged
Outcomes by month 3
- Build a 500-factory prospect list segmented by industry, state, and electricity bill
- Send 200+ personalised cold emails and report the open/reply/meeting funnel
- Attend 5+ live factory site visits with the founder
- Earn a closing bonus on any deal you sourced that reaches deposit
Who we're looking for
- Final-year undergraduate in Business, Engineering, or Renewable Energy
- Strong written English — your emails will be read by C-suite at real factories
- Comfortable on the phone, on WhatsApp, and on Zoom
- Hungry to learn B2B sales at the deep end
Nice to have (not required)
- Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin fluency (huge advantage with factory owners)
- Prior internship in sales, consulting, or business development
- Knows what a CFO actually cares about
