Per house-type drawings: 25mm conduit from distribution board to roof eaves, pre-marked meter pocket sized for string or micro-inverter, UV-rated pull-string pre-installed.
EV-ready 32A dedicated circuit + load management spec
Dedicated 32A MCB slot in DB, minimum 6mm² cable run to carport/basement, load management relay pre-wired. Compliant with TNB Technical Guidelines (TG-4) and JKR EV guidelines.
Roof structural pre-design
Panel zone marking on structural drawings, anchor point embedment specification, thermal-break compliance review. No future penetration surprises.
Sub-meter + monitoring infrastructure pre-wired
Smart sub-meter conduit routed to comms room or DB. Plug-and-play for Trexon or third-party monitoring on handover day.

Architect briefing
We engage your architect and M&E consultant during Design Development or Schematic Design. No rework — we fit within your standard drawing set.

Spec drawings + BOM
We prepare solar-ready and EV-ready drawings, a bill of materials and a compliance checklist for your consultants to include in submissions to JKR, MBPJ or the local authority.

Site verification — 3 visits
Reinforcement inspection, conduit roughing check, and pre-plaster confirmation. We sign off before each pour so defects are caught before they are buried.

Handover pack for buyers
Every buyer receives a solar-ready passport: conduit routes, DB label, anchor coordinates, and a QR-linked Trexon quote for system installation. Marketing asset included.
