No. Solar ATAP is a Peninsular Malaysia programme. Labuan homes are supplied by Sabah Electricity.
Does Solar Rakyat Sabah apply in Labuan?
Solar Rakyat Sabah is run by the Energy Commission of Sabah, which regulates electricity supply in Sabah. For the Federal Territory of Labuan, Suruhanjaya Tenaga remains the supply regulator, with SEDA for renewable energy. We do not assume a Sabah programme applies to a Labuan home.
What can a Labuan home install today?
A system designed for self-consumption: you use the solar electricity as it is generated, and a battery can store some for the evening. No export credit or rebate is assumed unless one is confirmed for your home.
How is my system sized before quotation?
Supply type, bill history, daytime load, and roof or site constraints are verified first. Capacity, equipment, savings, and approval requirements all follow from that evidence, not an assumed package.
