A SEDA engineer checks your roof, shading, wiring and TNB metering in person, then prepares a fixed, itemised proposal that lands in your dashboard within 48 hours — valid for 30 days.
How do I pay, and what happens after?
Payment is via SenangPay (FPX, card or e-wallet). After successful payment, Trexon creates your dashboard handoff and BD confirms your visit by WhatsApp within 24 hours. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the visit.
